Healthwatch Newcastle will be closed for the winter bank holidays from 4pm on the Wednesday 24th of December until 10am on Friday 2nd of January.

As the year ends, our team at Healthwatch Newcastle just want to say a heartfelt thank you as your support and for being part of our journey through 2025, it means a lot to us.

We know this time of year can mean different things to different people, so however you’re spending it, we hope it brings moments of peace and connection.

If you need help accessing healthcare while we are closed for the bank holidays, please call NHS 111. Always call 999 if your situation is life-threatening.

If you have care needs and want to talk to someone, then contact Adult Social CarePoint. This service is open 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and 24-hours a day on Saturday and Sundays. Their phone number is 0191 278 7878.
