2026 Annual Survey Results

We have published the results of our 2026 Annual Survey, which received 282 responses. Find out how people in Newcastle rated their local health and social care services.

We asked people to rate their experiences of a range of health and/or social care services which they had used in the past 12 months. These included: ambulance services, dentistry, GP services, hospital services, mental health services, NHS 11, pharmacy, physiotherapy and social care.
