Walker Medical Group - Enter and View Report
Walker Medical Group was selected to receive an Enter and View visit in December 2026, as we are currently focusing on General Practices across Newcastle after receiving feedback from members of public. Read our findings.
On Monday the 1st of December and Wednesday 10th of December 2025, Healthwatch Newcastle carried out announced Enter and View visits at Walker Medical Group.
Across these two visits, we collected feedback from 30 patients in-person (17 on the first visit and 13 on the second) and 336 patients responded through the online survey. In total, we collated and analysed feedback from a total of 366 patients registered with Walker Medical Group.
We also gave a separate survey to staff (Appendix B.2). We received five responses out of the 32 staff members (15.6%) that are based at Walker Medical Group.
