Tell Us North is a community interest company (CIC) in the North East of England. It has three new job vacancies that will support the delivery of the Healthwatch Gateshead and Healthwatch Newcastle contracts.
Business and Governance Manager
The Business and Governance Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of day to day administration, finance and governance activities.
You will work closely with the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive to ensure compliance with Tell Us North policies and procedures and legislative and statutory requirements. You will ensure effective business and governance support to Tell Us North, including Board and Committee members and staff and will line manage finance and administration staff.
Research and Engagement Manager
The Research and Engagement Manager will be a central link in the delivery of the Healthwatch services in Gateshead and Newcastle.
You are a confident researcher with experience in public engagement. You will lead, develop and support the engagement team in its activities to deliver purposeful engagement, involvement, and research in the fields of health and social care.
Healthwatch Newcastle Engagement and Involvement Officer
The Engagement and Involvement Officer will support the delivery of Healthwatch services in Newcastle.
You will understand Newcastle's health and social systems and want to contribute to their development and improvement. You will design and deliver innovative engagement activities and produce high impact reports and the design and delivery of new data visualisation techniques.
