We’re proud that we help members of the public every week through our information helpline and in-person support at our regular drop-in sessions. Here is a recent example:
We received positive feedback from the Manager of Throckley Community Centre about our information flyer (see below), shared with them by our engagement team.
As well as helping to signpost people who visit the centre to the correct service, the information also helped to resolve a health emergency in the centre by helping the staff and volunteers know which service to contact.
Following the incident, the information was shared on the Centre's social media channel to help assist others.
