Our review of the outcomes from our original Enter and View Report is now available.

After our original Enter and View visits to Castle Dene Respite Centre in 2025, we produced a report based on the collective feedback of 4 service users, 7 carers and staff members. 

Following up in February 2026, our Enter and View Officer team with Castle Dene Respite Centre management to discuss the recommendations of the original report and find out what changes had been made since the previous visits.

This report examines those recommendations and their outcomes.
